Licensed Mental Health Counselor
National Board Certified Counselor

A graduate of Clark University (BA) and Tufts University (M.Ed.), I have been both a school psychologist and in private practice counseling for over forty years. While I have a lot of expertise in child behavior management, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder, I choose to work with the parents and educators to help children and improve quality of family life. In addition, I work extensively with adults, who are managing symptoms and underlying issues related to ADHD, PTSD, phobias, panic attacks and OCD. I endorse a problem- solving insight-oriented approach with whatever strategies fit with an individual client’s strengths and comfort level. I have been engaged in telehealth counseling, since it was first accepted many years ago. My schedule of availability is daytime only and very limited.
